Update: This sums up my life in a nutshell. Around 5:30 yesterday afternoon I noticed this really cool feature in technorati where you could track articles over time (see above). So I blogged the javascript and headed off to Drinking Liberally. I stayed later than I usually do, went home, turned on the tv, feel asleep with the tv on, overslept this morning, hopped on my bike and got to work. I’ll add here that due to a quirk in the Metro system, a sort of ripple in its space-time continuum, it takes me less time to bike to work than take Metro.
So, anyway, I turned on the computer and went right to the humble collection of scribblings you are now perusing to see how many articles had turned up. There was like 2. That was kind of depressing. To make matters worse, most of the hits were from Kos saying how Casey is the only serious non-hippie adult candidate. What’s going on? I wondered. Are the evil kitten-eating borgs who make up the A-list bloggers paying technorati to filter out everyone except for them?
Then I noticed that instead of typing Pennacchio, I had typed Pennachio. Which is now corrected. What I learned in the process was that the other inhabitant of the blogosphere who can’t spell is Kos, or at least something is preventing him from spelling Pennacchio correctly. Just to show there’s no hard feelings, Kos, the next kitten is on me.
